Managed a mission critical, enterprise level application for a Fortune 500 company.  Responsible for a team of professionals including Developers, BSAs, QA personnel and Support personnel.  Point of contact for all client interaction.  Managed and contributed to numerous product enhancements from the requirements stage to deployment.  Diagnosed and resolved issues with the application. Managed and optimized SQL stored procedures.  Utilized Clarify CRM and Star Team for change control.  Worked to troubleshoot and enhance integration with Lawson.  Performed and participated in code reviews. Develop custom computer systems for various businesses.  Synchronize electronic equipment with computer applications to automate daily processes and increase efficiency. Create custom RS-232 jacks to connect electronic equipment such as scales and biometric access control devices to computer systems.
